The service

FragranceIQ provides fragrance price comparison, price history, alerts, and AI-assisted guidance. We are an information service — we do not sell products, and every purchase happens on the retailer's site under the retailer's terms.

Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One account per person; you must be 16 or older.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (scraping, spam reviews, exploiting rate limits).

Content you submit

Reviews and ratings must reflect your genuine experience. You grant us a licence to display them on the service. We may moderate, hold, or remove content that is spam, offensive, or misleading. Repeatedly reported content is automatically held for review.

Prices, verdicts & predictions

Prices can change between our checks and your purchase. Verdicts and predictions are statistical estimates provided in good faith without warranty — see the Disclaimer. Always confirm the final price with the retailer.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, FragranceIQ is provided “as is” and we are not liable for purchase decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
