Prices are collected automatically from retailer integrations and refreshed on a schedule (hourly to daily depending on the product). They can be outdated or wrong despite our validation checks. The price shown at the retailer's checkout is the only price that counts.

Product authenticity

FragranceIQ is a price-comparison service — we do not sell, stock, or handle any product ourselves. Purchases are made directly with the retailer you click through to. We take authenticity seriously in how we build the comparison: marketplace listings (such as eBay Australia) are automatically filtered to new, sealed products from established sellers with a 97%+ positive feedback record, we exclude testers, decants and “inspired-by” listings, and eBay purchases are additionally covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Responsibility for the authenticity of goods rests with the selling retailer.

AI verdicts & predictions

Buy/wait verdicts, savings figures, discount probabilities, and price forecasts are statistical estimates computed from the last 90 days of observed prices. They are explainable and produced in good faith, but past pricing does not guarantee future pricing. They are not financial advice.

The assistant

The AI assistant only recommends products from our catalog with our own price data. Its phrasing may be generated by a language model; the underlying facts (products, prices, verdicts) always come from our database.

Community content

Reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, not FragranceIQ. “Verified owner” means the reviewer has the fragrance in their FragranceIQ collection, not that we verified a purchase.
